Find your passion and your purpose and the joy and aliveness that comes from living in alignment with your purpose. Where are you going and what are you trying to accomplish? What is your greatest desire? Are you moving towards that? What is holding you back and what do you need to get to where you want? These are important questions to ask yourself as you put yourself on your path of growing, changing and developing. Your path is important and so rewarding to be on. Get yourself on that path and you will feel a sense of joy and accomplishment no matter how long it takes to get to the top. That doesnt matter. Its your every step there that makes it possible. One step at a time.

I am a passionate, loving, and deeply caring coach and energy worker dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential and overcome life's challenges. As a Certified Emotion Code and Body Code practitioner, I utilize powerful techniques to help release trapped emotions and energetic imbalances that may hold you back
My greatest joy comes from guiding deep-feeling souls to find their voice, reconnect with their inner wisdom and bodies, and to become more empowered in their personal lives, families, and communities.
I am happily married to my best friend, who provides wonderful support in all aspects of my life. We have had many adventures together and have 4 wonderful children ranging from 22 to 10.
I love nature and being outside. I love to develop and grow in my relationships, including my relationship with God. I love my hammock and dream about having an awesome vegetable garden someday!
